Relevant starting information
The website and automation calculators ask about scope, objective, schedule, budget range and additional functions.
AI net's own implementation
This is not a fictional client case. It is a documented example of AI net's own website and the enquiry workflow running behind it.
Short answer
When an enquiry is submitted, the system validates the data, stores the request, gives the customer a reference number, attempts to send confirmation and adds the request to the management view for follow-up. An approved website project can receive an individual, time-limited link to a design questionnaire.
AI net's own implementation. Updated 20 September 2026. No external-client result is claimed.
One controlled path
Each component solves a practical problem: missing information, uncertain receipt, forgotten follow-up or a conversation scattered across tools.
The website and automation calculators ask about scope, objective, schedule, budget range and additional functions.
The customer sees a success message and reference number. The system attempts to send the same information by email and advises checking spam.
AI net can see the request type, contact details, estimate, stage, notes and next task in one place.
A stage, responsible next action and date can be assigned. An overdue task is highlighted.
Built functionality
The management view is not a full commercial CRM. It is purpose-built client tracking that shows new enquiries, processing stages, next tasks and event history. Test requests and enquiries that do not become a deal can be deleted.
Honest boundary
It shows that we can connect a public website, forms, server-side storage and a defined management view into one working process. It does not yet prove increased sales for a client and does not replace testing in the client's own environment.

The implementation is adapted to the client's current website and tools.
No. This is a working example built for AI net's own website. We do not present it as an external client's result.
Often, yes. The form, confirmations and follow-up are adapted to the client's platform, hosting and existing tools.
Yes, when needed. Fields, stages and access rights are defined in the proposal around the client's process.
