Data processed

The contact and proposal forms may process your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, the public address of an existing website, project objective, requested scope, functions, schedule, budget range and any other message you provide. The system also stores the time of the enquiry, preliminary price estimate and handling status.

Project design questionnaire

The personal design questionnaire may process the client’s visual preferences, links to example websites and inspiration images voluntarily uploaded by the client. The link is associated with the client’s project reference, protected by a long random identifier and valid for 30 days. The questionnaire is not listed in the site navigation or search engines. Images are stored outside the public website and can be downloaded only through the signed-in administration area. Questionnaire material is retained while the proposal and project are handled and deleted no later than 90 days after the project ends or the last related communication, unless a longer period is required by law.

Free website audit

The website audit processes the public website address, email address and optional company name you provide. The server reads the public homepage and stores the automated technical findings and a unique report link. The report and audit data are deleted after no more than 90 days. Your email address is not shown in the public-facing report.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to respond, assess the requested service and manage customer relationships. Processing is based on steps before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to messages.

Retention and recipients

Information is retained only for as long as needed to handle the matter and meet legal obligations. It is processed by AI net and the technical providers required to operate the website and email. It is not routinely disclosed to other parties.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion and object to processing within the limits of applicable law. Send requests to hello@ainet.fi. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Visitor statistics and cookies

The site uses necessary local storage to remember your cookie choice for 180 days. The choice is not used for advertising or profiling. Privacy-friendly visitor statistics start only when you select “Allow all”. We do not use marketing cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the page.

Visitor statistics count page views and approximate unique visitors. Raw IP addresses and browser identifiers are not stored. Instead, the server creates a one-way identifier protected by a secret key. Statistics may include the referring website domain and campaign-link UTM source, medium and campaign name. The full referring address or its contents are not stored. Daily statistics and identifiers are deleted after no more than 90 days. Do Not Track is respected. The result is approximate.
